10.00 - 10.20 THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY IN BULGARIA & URBAN MOBILITYTRENDS - Lyubomir Stanislavov, CEO of Automotive cluster of Bulgaria
Arch. Lyubomir Stanislavov graduated the University of Architecture, Civil Eng. and Geodesy in Sofia in 2001. He obtained additional qualifications at the University de Valladolid, Spain and the Technical University in Graz, Austria. He is the author of a number of significant projects in Bulgaria and abroad, including the reconstruction of the National Palace of Culture, the first new settlement in Bulgarian recent history.
He is one of the founders of the Automotive Cluster Bulgaria in 2012 and its executive director from 2015. He worked with a series of world-famous automobile companies, actively attracting them to start their activities in Bulgaria, like development Bosch Engineering Center Sofia, the German manufacturer of electric cars Next e.GO, which is going to open a production plant in Lovech soon and etc. One of his last roles is related to the development and strengthening of high value-added industrial sectors related to innovative technologies in various fields, as executive director of BRAIT (Bulgarian Employers' Association Innovative Technologies).
